You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Site or make a booking. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To make a booking, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Bookings and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email/notice and, where applicable, payment has been successfully processed.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all property details, house rules, and booking terms before completing a reservation.

5. Payments

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified during checkout.
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card details.
  • Additional fees (cleaning fees, service fees, taxes, security deposits) may apply and will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
  • You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method provided for all amounts due, including any applicable cancellation fees.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by property and will be displayed on the listing page prior to booking.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the specific cancellation policy that applied to your booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking in cases of suspected fraud, policy violation, or property unavailability, in which case a full refund will typically be issued unless otherwise stated.

7. Guest Responsibilities

By booking through the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for all guests included in the reservation
  • Comply with the property’s house rules, local laws, and occupancy limits
  • Treat the property, its contents, and neighboring residents with respect
  • Report any damage or issues to us or the host promptly
  • Be liable for any damage caused by you or your guests during the stay, beyond normal wear and tear

8. Property Listings

  • Property descriptions, photos, and amenities are provided by hosts/owners and, while we make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.
  • We reserve the right to remove or modify listings at our discretion.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to circumvent the Site to book directly with a host to avoid fees

12. Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability
